We are looking for an experienced and skilled WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress development, including plugin customization, and experience with Shopify. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. - Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring responsiveness and compatibility across devices and browsers.
- Customize WordPress plugins and themes based on client requirements.
- Work on Shopify store development and customization (if experienced with Shopify).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress sites, ensuring high performance and security.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement new features and improve user experience.
- Ensure SEO best practices are followed in WordPress sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Core Skills: Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.
- Experience with Shopify (not mandatory but a plus).
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
- Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and other backend technologies for WordPress.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with website optimization, performance, and security best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce website development.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Experience with other CMS platforms or frameworks would be a plus.
